As we work directly with our own air express shipping partners, we will guarantee the product is shipped as soon as possible. Your products will ship within 2 days of your order, it takes an average 4 to 10 days for the items to arrive. Sometimes it will arrive in less than 4 days. Products may vary slightly depending on the destination country. United States: 4 to 10 days
United Kingdom: 10 to 19 days
Canada: 7 to 15 days
Australia: 10 to 17 days
Everywhere else: 21 to 40 days

2. What's your return policy

We offer a 30 days guaranteed money back program. You can contact us regarding to the issue and refund.  

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
